STEP 1: Clean your screen

Wipe away any dust particles from your screen using the microfibre cloth. Use it to clear the last traces of dust before you apply anything. Is there a sticker included in the box?

If so, use it to lift those final traces. Nothing included? A piece of sticky tape works just as well for picking up any remaining dust from your screen.

STEP 2: Align the screen protector

Peel off the bottom layer of the screen protector. Use the cutouts, such as those for the home button or speaker, to line it up precisely. Then place it onto a small section of the screen with the adhesive side facing down. If it's not quite right, you can have one more try.

STEP 3: Apply the screen protector

The screen protector will usually settle onto the screen by itself; simply let it drop into place. Not happening? Run a finger along the centre of the screen to help it bond. Then use the cloth provided or a credit card to push any large air bubbles out towards the edges.

STEP 4: Remove air bubbles

The last few air bubbles are often the trickiest to shift. The cloth or credit card not doing the job? Gently lift one corner of the screen protector and press it firmly back down across the screen in a single smooth motion. Don't repeat this too many times, though.
